Description
Clear Creek Tahoe Security is seeking a qualified candidate for the Lead Security Officer position (LSO). In this role, they will assist in coordinating and supervising operations in the Gatehouse. The candidate will remain in the Gatehouse as a Lead Security Officer and will assist in daily security operations. Required to work some nights, days shift and on weekends.
The LSO will be responsible for gatehouse supervision, management, and coordination of all CCT Security Officers in conforming to the rules and duties of the department. They will be accountable for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily activities to include but not limited to supervising, training, conflict resolution, and motivating employees to achieve peak productivity. Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations to assist in employee reviews to the Director of Security (DOS) and Assistant Director of Security (ADOS). The candidate must be willing to, on occasion, work in the late evening to train employees on different shifts and any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Valid Nevada Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
No criminal record
No poor driving record
Willingness and ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed Able to stand for long periods
Able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Be at least 18 years of age
Google Drive and data entry
