Clear Creek Tahoe, an exciting private Club and residential community, is currently seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven candidates to fill open Bartender positions. Come join our team at our Clubhouse campus situated on 2,136 acres of spectacularly unspoiled beauty in the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe!
A Bartender at Clear Creek Tahoe is responsible for creating an exceptional bar experience for our Members and their Guests. That includes crafting classic & signature cocktails, as well as beer & wine service with efficiency in mind and without sacrificing quality, cleanliness, and consistency of product. Extensive liquor, beer and wine knowledge is preferred, but not required, as we will train the right candidate and we believe that an amazing personality and can-do attitude can help overcome any lack of experience.

Clear Creek Tahoe offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and no overnight shifts.
Hourly wages for the Clubhouse Bartender position start at $16.00 / hour dependent upon experience. Service charges and the potential for extra gratuities are also included in the compensation package.

Qualifications
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment with variable weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and climbing.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- A minimum of one year of related work experience with exposure to food prep, food handling, cooking, food service, and/or bartending.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be able to prepare/serve alcoholic beverages.
