Clear Creek Tahoe operates a private golf Club & residential development in the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe with multiple facilities including a new Hart Howerton designed Clubhouse with restaurant/bar operations, locker/steam rooms, spa/fitness, guest cabin lodges, swim/tennis facilities, an off-site lake house on the shores of South Lake Tahoe, and our signature Coore & Crenshaw 18-hole championship golf course.
The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire outside services operation and the Player Services Staff, ensuring a complete golf experience at Clear Creek Tahoe for all Members and Guests. This position may be responsible for scheduling the Player Services Staff and ensuring coverage in all required areas. The Player Services Supervisor will assist the Head Golf Professional in creating and maintaining an exceptional member experience along with a positive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have prior private club experience that will enable him or her to successfully operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity atmosphere while providing excellent customer service to all members and their guests. All of the Player Services Staff and Supervisors are responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our Members and Guests by conducting the Golf Operations outside services efficiently.
Qualifications
• Minimum of one season experience working in Player Services
• Experience managing employees and creating employee schedules
• Knowledge of and/or ability to play the game of golf and understand how job performance affects the playing conditions of the golf course.
• Valid driver’s license with clean mobile vehicle record.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
• Work in a team setting, fast paced environment.
• Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Work effectively without constant direct supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Salary : $18 - $21
