Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments
- Provide education to patients regarding health
- Utilize EMR/EHR
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of addiction medicine and relevant medical practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of pennsylvania.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
