Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close sales: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Follow up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
