This position will be responsible for driving new business growth in the Central NJ and North NJ regions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' HR and employee management challenges.
- Present and promote Clear PEO's comprehensive suite of PEO services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in employment regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
