We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Center design manager to lead and oversee all aspects of major technical programs across multiple regions.

This is a key leadership position that will focus on the development and implementation of best-in-class design management practices, tools, and strategies to drive project success.

You will lead a team of talented professionals while shaping the future of large-scale, hyperscale, and colocation builds.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design management programs from inception through completion, with a focus on preconstruction and design phases
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and team performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Oversee and mentor a team of Design Managers across geographic regions
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed expectations for cost, quality, and timeline
• Lead the development of key departmental metrics and performance tracking systems

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years managing design teams
• Expertise in data center design and construction
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in tools like MS Projects, Prolog, Procore, and Smartsheets
• Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
