Key responsibilities:

• Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Solar PV & BESS
• Performing routine inspections, Troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components to ensure peak efficiency.
• Ensuring systems meet local, state, and national electrical codes, building codes, and industry standards (such as NEC, IEC).
• Following strict safety guidelines while working with high-voltage systems and heavy equipment.
• Providing ongoing technical support, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns the customer may have.

Role requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with system troubleshooting, including electrical components and system performance monitoring.
• Experience working as a Field Technician within the Solar/ Wind Turbine/ Critical Power industry
