Requirements:
- Ability to connect with children and understand their individual needs
- Skills that would be present in a Level III classroom
- Assisting and supervising children with physical activities, a reasonable level of physical fitness and stamina is strongly recommended.
- Collaboration with head and assistant coaches, other athletes, and potentially parents to provide support to your assigned athlete.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to adjust strategies and approaches based on individual needs and circumstances is important
- Flexible with practice plans and locations.
- Inclement weather may directly affect the location or time in which you need to report
Hourly pay: starting pay rate of first year paraprofessional
Positive attitude and able to work in flexible work environment.
