Description : Who We Are
Clear Lakes Dental is a growing dental practice with multiple locations across the Twin Cities. We're committed to providing top-tier dental care, and we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us connect with our community and expand our brand's reach.
Job Responsibilities :
Google Account Management : Oversee the Google Business Account, responding to patient reviews and maintaining our online reputation.
Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, while maintaining a social media calendar.
Event Planning : Coordinate and manage company events, including organizing summer and winter parties, as well as team outings.
Website Management : Update and manage the Clear Lakes Dental website using GoDaddy and WordPress to keep content fresh and relevant.
Other Responsibilities : Support various tasks such as organizing fun TikTok challenges to enhance team culture, tracking weekly procedure totals, and handling internal announcements through Paylocity.
Job Details :
This position will be located on-site at our Brooklyn Park, MN location. This is not a remote position.
The work schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 9am-5 : 30pm with a 1 hour lunch break each day.
The salary for this position is $22 / hr.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of prior experience in a related Social Media role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic video editing and photography skills are preferred.
Knowledge of social media management tools and platforms such as Metasuite (Facebook Instagram), TikTok, GoDaddy, and WordPress is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO practices to maximize content reach.
Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
