Pool Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical testing.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
• Ensure proper chemical balance and water quality in pools.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pool maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of pool equipment and chemical balancing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in pool maintenance is a plus.
