What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspire & Motivate: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to help participants achieve their goals.
- Job Coaching: Teach and mentor participants, guiding them through job readiness skills and workplace expectations.
- Life Skills Teaching: Support participants in learning essential independent living skills.
- Transportation: Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from work, internships, or activities (within a 10-mile roundtrip)
- Advocacy & Support: Stand up for participants, providing necessary support and guidance to help them succeed.
- Workplace Integration: Ensure participants successfully integrate into their workplace or community setting, teaching appropriate social behaviors.
- Daily Recap: Use a cell phone to document and report on participants' progress to ensure continuous support and growth.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and ready to handle any changes or challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in psychology, special education, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Background in coaching, mentorship, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Patience, empathy, and flexibility are a must.
- Driver’s License: A valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
- Technology: Comfortable using cell phones, computers, and texting to track progress and communicate.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

- Since transportation will be provided to your assigned participant, do you have a reliable vehicle that can pass a basic inspection, along with a valid California driver's license, registration, and insurance?
- While we try to assign shifts close to your location, would you be willing to commute up to 15 miles within the Orange County area?
- Clear Motivations believes all participants deserve the opportunity to be integrated into their community and the workforce. Are you comfortable working with participants who have diverse needs and abilities?
- As a work training program, we train our participants to be 'work-ready' every day. As Motivators, it's important for us to lead by example. Are you comfortable following a dress code and grooming policy, including covering tattoos and removing facial piercings during work hours?
- Our normal program hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. What days and times are you available to work, from the earliest start time to the latest?
