You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, greeting them warmly as they enter our office. Your role includes answering incoming calls, forwarding inquiries when necessary, and managing messages with professionalism. With a strong ability to gather information from various sources, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with ease. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to coordinate loan closings, collaborating with third parties such as attorneys and closing agents to ensure a seamless process. This position allows you to showcase your communication skills while contributing to a customer-focused team committed to excellence.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. G.E.D.)
- Two years of progressively responsible secretarial and clerical experience
- PC and Internet proficiency a must
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft business software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of the rules of English grammar and composition
- Knowledge of office procedures, clerical and recordkeeping operations, and the use of various office machines
- Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
- Occasional travel to assist with customer-related activity such as loan closings etc.
