As a Full Time Commercial Banking Associate at Clear Mountain Bank, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial customers, delivering exceptional service and swiftly responding to their inquiries regarding bank loan and deposit accounts. Your responsibilities include organizing essential business loan documentation such as tax returns and personal financial statements, facilitating efficient processing. Additionally, you will oversee the maturing loan process, which involves notifying clients, gathering pertinent financial information, and inputting renewal requests into our loan origination system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Your expertise will help strengthen client relationships and support the growth of their businesses while embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required with 3 to 5 years of experience in a banking or related industry or a bachelor's degree in business. administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Experience with financial statement analysis a plus.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft business software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Must become familiar with federal and state banking statutes and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of the rules of English grammar and composition.
- Self-Starter with ability to manage tasks and duties within the portfolio and commercial banking department.
- Team player who can embrace the Bank's culture and core values.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
