As an Integrated Customer Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. Whether it's assisting customers through LIVE video teller machines, answering phone calls, or responding to emails, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality service. With your excellent communication skills and knowledge of banking products, you will guide customers through their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with customers through innovative technology, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of banking experience required.
  • Must have prior computer experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and can be of a personal or sensitive nature.
