Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with drug and alcohol treatment centers, encouraging them to use our call center services to drive admissions to their facilities. This role requires strong business development skills, relationship management expertise, and a proven ability to generate new business. Additionally, the manager will interact with clients and provide updates on their Google Ads accounts through Salesforce reports, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new treatment centers to use our call center services.
- Identify and engage potential partners, building strong relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, generate reports, and optimize sales processes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with treatment centers, providing regular updates on their Google Ads campaigns through Salesforce reports.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with outreach campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Foster a goal-oriented work environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for lead tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant compliance regulations is a plus.
