What are the responsibilities and job description for the HCM Data Analyst position at Clear Point Consultants?
No C2C W2 Only
We’re on the lookout for an HCM Data Analyst who knows their way around Visier and is passionate about turning HR data into meaningful insights. You’ll be the go-to person for digging into workforce trends, building reports and dashboards, and helping our teams make smarter people decisions.
You’ll work closely with HR, Talent, and leadership to make sure we’re asking the right questions—and getting clear, actionable answers from our data.
What You’ll Do:
- Use Visier People Analytics to analyze everything from headcount and attrition to compensation and DEI trends
- Build dashboards and reports that tell a clear story and help leaders make better decisions
- Partner with HR teams to understand what data they need—and deliver it in a way that’s easy to digest
- Keep an eye on data quality and help maintain clean, reliable info across our HCM systems
- Spot trends, surface insights, and help drive strategic people planning
- Support data requests and regular reporting cycles (think headcount reports, workforce metrics, etc.)
- Work with the HRIS and IT teams to keep our systems and data flowing smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience working with Visier (this one’s a must!)
- 2–4 years in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.
- Excel wizardry is great; bonus points if you know SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of common HR metrics—turnover, time-to-fill, DEI, engagement, etc.
- Great communication skills—you can explain data to non-data folks without jargon
- Someone who’s detail-oriented but also sees the big picture
- Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to make things better
