Our client is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Global Source-to-Order Process Excellence Consultant to enhance its Strategic Sourcing capabilities. This role focuses on process improvement, policy development, technology assessment, analytics, supplier relationship management, competitive bidding, and training. The consultant will collaborate across functions to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement : Design, implement, and continuously improve global source-to-order (S2O) processes to enhance the value of the Strategic Sourcing organization.
- Supplier Performance Management : Develop a supplier performance management program, including executive business reviews, action plans, success metrics, and KPI monitoring.
- Best Practices Implementation : Introduce best practices to advance strategic priorities and optimize procurement channels.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Build internal networks to enhance communication, knowledge sharing, and engagement, improving business processes.
- Communication Planning : Develop communication plans with Strategic Sourcing teams and stakeholders to drive consistency and alignment with the sourcing vision.
