Summary
We are seeking a Practice On-Boarding/RCM Implementation Coordinator to join our team at Clear RCM, LLC. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition for new medical practices into our revenue cycle management system, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. Candidates must have at least 5 years of full Revenue Cycle Management experience. E-clinical Works, Aprima, Medisoft, Veradigm, Nextech, Cure MD, Office Practicum, or NextGen experience is a major plus!
Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
- Experience with medical billing and coding, CPT, and ICD-10
- Familiarity with multiple EHR systems and medical office operations. E-clinical Works, Aprima, Medisoft, Veradigm, Nextech, Cure MD, Office Practicum, or NextGen experience is a major plus!
- Strong skills in medical collection and communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing processes
- Understand insurance guidelines including Medicare and other government, private, self-insurance, and managed-care plans
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-boarding process for new medical practices, ensuring all systems are set up correctly.
- Implement revenue cycle management processes tailored to each practice's needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on medical billing and coding procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows and integrate them into our systems.
- Monitor the implementation process, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in medical billing.
- Setup/enroll clearinghouse/EDI
- Knowledge in multiple specialty and softwares
- Ability to create training and how to documents for each new software
- Ability to navigate and learn reporting
- Maintain company wide KPI standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-9, ICD-10) and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and software is preferred.
