Are You a Communications Expert with TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance?Join Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC, where your expertise in corporate communications will directly support critical Intelligence Community (IC) operations. We’re looking for a skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to define, design, and implement high-level communications strategies while working closely with leadership and mission-focused teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:✔️ Develop and maintain web content using SharePoint and SiteWorks
✔️ Manage email distribution lists and internal communications
✔️ Draft, edit, and publish corporate-level briefings, publications, and reports
✔️ Ensure consistency and classification accuracy in all communications
✔️ Support Newcomer Orientation, check-in/check-out processes
✔️ Compile and distribute Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)
✔️ Prepare and coordinate executive-level leadership briefings
✔️ Manage Readiness Assessments (RA), monthly schedules, and leadership "read-ahead" packages
✔️ Provide expert document control and content management
What You Bring to the Team:✅ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph – MUST HAVE to be considered
✅ Bachelor’s in Communications, English, or related field (4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)
✅ 6 years of technical/editorial writing experience
✅ 4 years of experience in an IC environment
✅ 2 years of SharePoint content management experience
✅ Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
