Detection Engineer Analyst SME

Clear Ridge Defense is seeking a TS/SCI cleared professional to serve as our Detection Engineer Analyst SME in Quantico, VA.

Roles And Responsibilities

You will...

• Support the production of detection use cases.
• Provide senior-level knowledge and IA abilities to support detection monitoring activities.
• Utilize logs and alerts from host operating systems, network intrusion prevention systems, endpoint detection and response tools, anti-virus and host intrusion prevention systems, and other sources to create the ability to detect malicious or unauthorized activity on the network.
• Develop and perform various IA tasks in accordance with customer requirements in order to successfully support detection monitoring requirements.
  
  

Must-Haves

You possess...

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A Top Secret clearance.
• Five or more years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with ACAS and IA tools (such as eMass or ACAS).
• Experience in leading enterprise-level network operations and support.
• An IAT Level III Certification (per DoD 8140.03).
• An ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with unique TTPs.

$125,000 - $165,000 / year

• The contract the employee is assigned to support. For example, this advertised position may support multiple contracts.
• The negotiated rates between CRD and our client.
