Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or staff members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
