About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Optical Technician to join our team at Clear Sight Partners, LLC. As an Optical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional eye care services.
Responsibilities include collecting and recording patient medical histories, performing visual acuity testing, auto refractions, and tonometry measurements. You will also be responsible for measuring pupil size and reactivity, performing confrontational visual field testing, pachymetry, and dry eye testing.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with contact lens fitting and instructing patients on insertion and removal of contacts. You will also participate in light cleaning of the facility and maintain a sanitized environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience assisting in an optical practice or as an optometrist assistant is required.
- Ophthalmic experience is highly desirable.

- Superior interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
- You must be able to effectively multi-task and pay attention to detail.
