Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to generate leads and schedule appointments by engaging homeowners in their neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in home remodeling or construction sales who enjoys face-to-face interactions and helping homeowners improve their properties.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for home remodeling services.
- Engage with potential customers, educate them on our services, and schedule free consultations.
- Represent our company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.
- Track and report lead generation activities daily.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be persistent in achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, home remodeling, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
