Hiring Appointment Setters/Canvassers to join our growing team!

This is a door-to-door position with opportunities for advancement.

You decide how much you make weekly based on your performance.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to

work well without constant supervision, and willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week(6-7 hours a day). We are a local growing company with a lot of room to expand our team.

We focus our canvassers on scouting damaged or old, roofing, siding, windows, gutters, facia, etc.

All training will be provided.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Pre-Qualify and setting appointments with homeowners to replace roof, siding, gutters, facia, etc.

• Engaging in conversations with clients, building rapport(a relationship and trust) with

clients

• Using an app to input appointment information

Canvasser Qualifications:

• Comfortable talking to people, extroverts encouraged to apply

• Have a working cell phone

• Positive and friendly attitude

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor

• Prior door-to-door canvassing experience is preferred but not required

• Own transportation or access to public transportation is required

• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Walk through local neighborhoods setting up appointments

• Ability to learn and grow

• Meet up with team lead at beginning and end of your shifts to go over objectives

and safety practices

• Use canvassing app to track your route and door knocking data

Pay: Commission based on performance, potential of making $5,000 - $8,000 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 35 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
