Housekeepers/Housekeeping Inspectors

Clear Sky Resorts is the first & only glass dome resort in the U.S. All domes boast floor-to-ceiling ultra-panoramic windows for spectacular daytime and nighttime viewing. Each dome is filled with modern comforts.

We are looking for housekeepers & housekeeping inspectors to kick-off our spring/summer season. Housekeepers hold a key responsibility in shaping a lasting first impression for our guests as they step into their domes. Our commitment revolves around delivering a luxury experience to guests that mirrors the comforts of home. You would join a team of housekeepers that ensure our guests enjoy a consistently clean and comfortable environment during their stay. Collaborating closely with your team, you will actively contribute to achieving exemplary results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily cleans of domes, ensuring they are spotless & stocked.
• Be responsible for housekeeping supplies, informing supervisors when stock is low.
• Pack-up enough linens & cleaning supplies for your daily dome allotment, and transport to domes in housekeeping vehicles.
• Deliver items to guest domes as requested.
• Communicate with front desk to plan for arrivals & departures.
• Communicate with team members via walkie-talkies.
• Weekly cleaning of communal areas (welcome dome, restaurant, etc.).
• If an Inspector: inspecting each dome after the team is finished cleaning to ensure it meets resort standards. Inspectors may also take lead in coordinating all daily cleans on days when the Housekeeping Supervisor is off.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in hotel housekeeping and/or rental property cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Possesses a solutions-oriented mindset.

Additional Information:

• Ability to independently lift 30lbs, demonstrating proper body mechanics
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including extreme heat or cold weather conditions
• Possible periods of prolonged standing and moving
• Able to operate property vehicles
• Navigating on slippery or uneven natural terrain
