What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Activities Assistant position at Clear Sky Resorts?
Nestled in a secluded 80-acre canyon, Clear Sky Resorts is the first & only glass dome resort in the U.S. All domes boast floor-to-ceiling ultra-panoramic windows for spectacular daytime and nighttime viewing. Each dome is filled with modern comforts. The property also hosts a large glass dome restaurant, a stargazing platform, and will soon include yoga, activity, & projection domes.
As an Activities Assistant in our Guest Experience department, you’ll embrace a versatile role that offers endless opportunities for growth, learning, and fun. Activities Assistants guide our guests through onsite experiences & coordinate them with offsite adventures.
Your Role
- Onsite Activity Coordination: Manage daily onsite activities, such as children's activities, movie nights, & yoga.
- Amenity Coordination: Check arrival schedule both in advance and day-of to ensure that amenities are present in guest domes upon arrival. Associates will put together amenities and distribute them in guest domes.
- Activity Partner Coordination: Arrange & book activities for guests with our offsite activity partners, such as guided excursions.
- Guest Communication: Communicate with guests via phone & e-mail to arrange all onsite and offsite activities.
- Front Desk Operations: Give a warm greeting to all! Check guests in and out, address inquiries, assist with reservation bookings and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere during service.
- Welcome Dome Concierge: Greet guests, assist with orientation, and be the point-person for guests regarding things to do and see in the area.
- Dining Dome Service: Guide guests through our mouthwatering menu, serve food and drinks in our dining dome and dome deliveries with an exceptional dining experience anywhere on the resort property.
