Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

- Collect and analyze data on clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and support staff in implementing ABA strategies.
- Engage with clients and families to educate them on the principles of ABA and encourage their involvement in the treatment process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support across various settings, including school and home environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, communications, and progress in accordance with policies and professional standards.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in ABA to ensure the application of best practices.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA) is preferred.
Experience providing ABA services to clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
Strong analytical and observational skills for data collection and assessment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to ABA practice.
