*Job Overview*
The Director of Business Development /Community Outreach, is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Their duties include coordinating with company executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.
Looking for rep that has worked in NH areas in addictions and or treatment centers
*Experience*
At least three years of marketing and/or sales, referral development, account management, sales growth and/or physician relationship-building experience within a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred. A minimum of one year of such experience is required.
*Skills/Abilities*
Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the facility’s admission criteria and exclusionary criteria as it applies all programs. Maintains a demonstrable working knowledge of the target markets utilized for referrals, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the status of specific target markets.
*Other Qualifications*
-Familiar with community resources/treatment centers
-Knowledge of health care systems
-Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
