Responsibilities
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for digital products
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and assets
Plan and conduct usability testing and A / B testing to validate design decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Portfolio that showcases your UX design process, thinking, and solutions
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
