You will play a key role in shaping the careers of choreographers and other creative professionals, negotiating contracts, seeking opportunities, and ensuring your clients receive the best representation possible.Responsibilities : Talent Representation : Scout, evaluate, and sign new talent in the choreography and dance fields.Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding their careers with tailored strategies and advice.Negotiation & Bookings : Handle contract negotiations, booking opportunities, and ensure clients secure optimal offers in projects.Scheduling & Coordination : Manage client schedules, organize auditions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.Industry Networking : Actively network with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals to secure opportunities for your clients.Event Representation : Attend industry events, auditions, and meetings to advocate for your clients and build relationships with industry insiders.Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, casting calls, and new developments in the creative and choreography sectors.Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience in talent representation, choreography, or dance is strongly preferred. A background in talent agencies, management companies, or casting offices is beneficial.Choreography / Dance Knowledge : A deep interest or experience in choreography and dance is essential for understanding the needs and opportunities of creative talent.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and handle sensitive client matters professionally.Organizational Skills : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy : Proficient in office software and platforms such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms.
