Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Sales Team with cultivating and retaining a high-quality customer base including Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders and Builders through a blend of new business acquisition and superior customer service.
· Conduct outbound calls to customers and leads, utilizing effective sales techniques and scripts.
· Assist with strengthening customer relationships, securing new orders and expanding business opportunities with existing customers.
· Proactively engage with customers, ensuring timely communication and responsive support to address their needs effectively.
· Assist with efforts to strategically identify and pursue prospective customers through comprehensive market research and targeted outreach efforts.
· Utilize Salesforce to track and organize all sales activity.
· Tailor communication based on Salesforce history and personal insights gained from interactions.
· Acknowledge customer loyalty with personalized gestures like thank-you cards or compliments.
· Enhance market presence by actively participating in real estate industry events and community engagements.
· Assist the Sales Team with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in understanding customer needs and objectives, with a keen ability to provide effective solutions.
· Effective communication style coupled with persistence and consistency in revenue generation.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
· Adaptability to changing market conditions, with a solid understanding of real estate industry trends and competition.
· Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
