We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong escrow and title experience, we’d love to connect with you!
✔️ Manage the entire escrow process from contract to closing, ensuring all documents and funds are handled accurately and efficiently.
✔️ Review and clear title commitments, resolve any title issues, and coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction.
✔️ Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other documents.
✔️ Conduct real estate closings.
✔️ Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of escrow transactions and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless closing process.
✔️ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar title/escrow role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow processes.
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
