Job Description:
Clear View Advisors, LLC provides bookkeeping and accounting services to businesses in Vermont and New Hampshire. We are seeking a Bookkeeping & Office Assistant to support financial record-keeping and help manage, coordinate, and organize our home office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Support the organization and coordination of office operations
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop/Online for financial management tasks
- Help with various administrative duties
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office upkeep
- (If applicable) Utilize company-provided vehicle for transportation as needed
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop/Online is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in person at our home office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
