Job Description:
Clear View Advisors, LLC provides bookkeeping and accounting services to businesses in Vermont and New Hampshire. We are seeking a Bookkeeping & Office Assistant to support financial record-keeping and help manage, coordinate, and organize our home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Support the organization and coordination of office operations
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop/Online for financial management tasks
  • Help with various administrative duties
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office upkeep
  • (If applicable) Utilize company-provided vehicle for transportation as needed
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop/Online is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in person at our home office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
