Clear View Behavioral Health is excited to announce the opening of our new Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) facility. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IOP Clinician to join our small, collaborative team and provide high-quality care to individuals in need of mental health and substance use support. Position Overview:
As an IOP Clinician at Clear View Behavioral Health, you will play a key role in delivering therapeutic services in a structured and supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive treatment planning. You’ll collaborate with a small, close-knit team of professionals dedicated to supporting client recovery and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions on topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.
- Offer crisis intervention and ensure client safety, including referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize care for clients.
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or be license-eligible.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with preference for experience in IOP or outpatient programs.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an IOP or outpatient program.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, DBT, or MI.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
