We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
- Perform custodial duties as needed, including cleaning frames, sills, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or with cleaning chemicals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Document completed work and report any issues or concerns to management.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating scissor lifts is preferred.
- Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Great communication skills are preferred.

Pay: $185.00 - $205.00 per day
