Winton Machine is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Territory Manager with a strong technical background and proven sales experience in tube fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate will leverage their professional and practical expertise to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus) to track sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in technical or engineered sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of tube fabrication equipment and related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive results.
- Ability to travel at least 20% to 40% of the time for customer meetings and trade events (occasional air travel may be required).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university or vocational-technical college.
- Certification in sales training.
- Established network of distributors or manufacturing connections.
- Active presence on LinkedIn with regular networking activity.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly operations is a plus.
