As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with selecting eyewear, fitting and adjusting frames, and educating them on lens options. Your expertise in optical products and services will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Duties:** - Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and style preferences - Take accurate measurements for fitting frames and lenses - Adjust frames to ensure comfort and proper fit - Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and enhancements - Process orders and maintain accurate patient records - Collaborate with the optometrist to ensure accurate prescriptions and recommendations - Perform repairs and adjustments on eyewear as needed **Requirements:** - Experience in a clinic or retail setting, preferably in optical sales - Knowledge of medical billing and terminology - Familiarity with medical records management - Strong retail sales skills with a focus on customer service - Understanding of physiology related to eye care - Knowledge of ophthalmology systems is a plus Join our team as an Optician and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will make a difference in our customers' eye care experience.
