- Contribute ideas and skills in statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, and data visualization within a collaborative, high-impact environment as part of the Enterprise.
- Identify requirements to facilitate medical capability development in support of the medical mission. Conduct capability-based or cost-based analysis considering all acquisition program elements.
- Participate in HQDA workgroups to develop Army guidance. Oversee the development of a self-assessment tool to be used by the ACS centers component-wide to conduct employment and relocation studies.
- Develop instructional and informational materials for use in improving and standardizing recordkeeping systems (medial neutral). Develop and implement accurate, thorough, and up-to-date Recordkeeping practices.
- As a Management Analyst, perform the following duties : Act as information officer in the execution of data standards, common applications / equipment to support the directorate business.
- Serve as a Security Cooperation (SC) Program Manager within the Program Support Division (PSD), Programs Directorate, Pacific Ocean Division (POD), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
- Review and analyze records of previous inspections and identify recurring deficiencies to assemble trend data and recommendations for corrective actions to preclude future recurrences.
- Validate supply chain data accuracy, analyze system and functional capability, and remediate issues to resolve data quality and compatibility issues. Analyze aggregated operational and statistical data.
- Develop analytical tools and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing full-time support manpower program development and establish ways of improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate programmatic requirements into specific project plans. Provide advice and recommendations regarding program planning and funding management issues. Interpret broad policy and program directives.
