Position Overview: Clearbridge is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to facilitate and oversee IT projects that drive business solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and managed services implementation.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Communicate project progress and risks in a clear, transparent manner.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with technical teams to allocate resources and ensure the effective delivery of project tasks.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to meet project goals and resolve roadblocks.
- Motivate and guide teams to adhere to Clearbridge’s high standards of excellence.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate project management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Budget Oversight:
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain financial discipline.
- Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including milestones, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment.
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools like ConnectWise.
