Our Client, a government technology integrator is in need of a lead software developer for a contract to hire position. Working onsite, the lead developer will be responsible for the implementation and continuing support of an enterprise-wide software development related activities system used by the DOJ Fusion Center. This will include design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, verification and testing of the deployed software.

- Minimum of an active Secret security clearance
- At least 15 years of previous experience as a software developer, including as the lead developer on at least three major software projects that utilized Microsoft C# and Java technologies.
- Demonstrated experience on at least 2 major projects designing and maintaining an intuitive, powerful front end to quickly search and match data and attributes across large structured and unstructured databases with an intuitive graphical user interface.
- Experience addressing performance and scalability issues related to large data sets.
- Possesses relevant Agile development certification(s), such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience with any of the following is strongly desired: XML, Python, R and other statistical and data analysis platforms, jQuery, rich web interface frameworks such as Bootstrap and Angular, and application programming interfaces (APIs) to include web services such as SOAP and REST
- Experience supporting federal law enforcement customers or DOJ agencies.
