Clearbrook Inn, Encore Communities, an assisted living community seeks an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is a part-time / weekend position that allows employees to maintain a work life balance. Hours for this position are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone, filing, delivering mail.
- Greeting family members and residents.
- Assist residents, as requested, with coordination of appointments, social outings, requests for further information, etc.
- Support Executive Director and other administrative personnel in clerical tasks.
- Support Marketing Director in events and tours.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Qualifications:
- Customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
