Supported Living Assistant - Buffalo Grove
The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm (16 hours per week)
Pay: $23.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
