Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist at Clearbrook in Arlington Heights, IL. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, designing instructional materials, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing overall training and development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Training & Development and Training expertise
- Instructional Design knowledge
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in developing training programs
- Understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
