Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns. The Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and driving the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels. This role requires a strong background in campaign development, creative strategy, and data-driven decision-making to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall brand strategy to strengthen market positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, and influencer partnerships).
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity to ensure consistency in all communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, sales, and customer experience) to align brand strategy with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Develop compelling and creative brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive emotional connection.
- Lead the creation of content strategies to support product launches, brand initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Partner cross functionally to design and manage promotional strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, traditional media, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop impactful brand messaging and content.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical devices is a plus.
- Background in rapid asset development across digital channels
- Strong storytelling and creative strategy skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and creative partners.

- Salary: Annual pay range: $160,000 - $170,000, plus bonus/incentives
