Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our team as a Program and Performance Coordinator. The Program and Performance Coordinator will support the strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with and promotion of the organization's goals and objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, setting and driving deadlines, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Program and Performance Coordinator will operate at a tactical, operational and administrative level, often supporting the delivery of projects that require cross-functional collaboration with both ClearChoice and TAG stakeholders.
Program and Project Coordination
- Document organizational processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of operational programs, including technical training, business initiatives, and soft skills enhancement.
- Coordinate project timelines, documentation, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
- Communicate initiative status to leaders, pulling in other leaders or team members as necessary
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes, including generating operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting data insights to management.
- Coordinate rollout, communication and adoption strategies for pilot programs and network-wide launches
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various departments and stakeholders.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support leadership and steering committee meeting preparation, creation of meeting materials and taking meeting minutes
- Create and update monthly dashboards and help track changes in key metrics
- Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess program impact and success.
- Manage feedback mechanisms to continuously improve program quality and relevance.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and coordination
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency with various tools and systems used in project management, operations management and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and strive amidst shifting priorities
- Analytical skills with the ability create effective report and interpret data
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient and able to move projects forward with little direction or follow-up
- Presentation creation skills
- Experience in Dental field a plus
Annual Pay Range: $65-80k
