As the Terminal Operations Duty Manager (TDM) at the South Terminal of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you'll be a key leader overseeing daily operations. You'll be the face of our terminal—the go-to representative interfacing with airlines, government agencies, travelers, and business partners.

What You'll Lead

You'll guide a diverse team of 8-15 talented individuals across multiple disciplines:

• Airport operations members who safeguard our passengers and staff
• Facility maintenance experts who keep everything in working order
• Appearance team members who create a clean and welcoming environment for travelers

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all terminal operations during your shift with careful attention to detail
• Implement and uphold safety and security protocols that protect thousands of travelers

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver's License for operating company vehicles
• Must successfully pass a 10-year security background check
• Must pass drug testing
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

This position requires someone who can meet the physical demands of an active airport environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds
• Capability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable moving throughout the terminal facility throughout the day
