Your Mission
As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Information Technology (IT) systems to ensure seamless operations. You will manage IT system infrastructure, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and optimize system performance. Your expertise will contribute to problem resolution for client / server / storage / network devices, mobile devices, and more.
You Will Excel in This Role If You Are :
- Skilled in providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Proficient in managing Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Experienced in maintaining system integrity and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal customers, agency management, and technical teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Adept at resource utilization, capacity analysis, and system performance tuning.
