Accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance final costs with lenders using provided closing documents
- Prepare accurate closing statements within an average of 20–30 minutes for initial drafts and 5–10 minutes for revisions
- Email final loan packages, closing statements, and title documents to the designated notary or attorney
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email throughout the closing process
- Use Outlook, Teams, Excel, and ResWare (our internal software) to manage communication and workflow
- Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with company procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and familiarity with ResWare or similar title software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is preferred, but not required for all candidates
