Your Mission :
Drive efficiency and innovation by analyzing, refining, and optimizing business processes across the enterprise. Your expertise in business process reengineering (BPR) and process improvement methodologies will help streamline workflows, enhance integration, and ensure compliance with industry and government standards.
You Will Excel in This Role If You Are :
Experienced in applying Risk Management Framework (RMF) principles for risk mitigation
Skilled in business process reengineering (BPR) to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
Adept at working across multiple organizations to standardize and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Comfortable with process improvement methodologies such as Agile and Six Sigma
Able to evaluate current processes , identify gaps, and propose solutions for optimization
Strong at stakeholder engagement, facilitating change, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
A Day in the Life Of :
Define and maintain business processes and procedures to meet evolving business objectives
Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous process improvements
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, government entities, and developers for business process integration
Leverage industry best practices to guide complex programs using COTS tools
Coordinate between multiple project teams to align and integrate reengineering efforts across the enterprise
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to document process gaps, trade-offs, and solutions
Support the development of capability delivery roadmaps, from Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Final Operating Capability (FOC)
Assist in defining and documenting configuration requirements, business rules, and system requirements
Must Haves :
Active TS / SCI with Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
7 years of experience conducting Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities
5 years of experience applying Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma)
Ability to assess operations, develop process documentation, and propose improvements
Strong understanding of process measurement, data modeling, and performance assessments
Nice to Have :
Experience supporting enterprise-wide integration efforts across government agencies
Familiarity with configuration management and system integration best practices
Strong technical understanding of COTS tools used in process improvement
Ability to facilitate trade-off analyses and process gap documentation
Experience briefing senior stakeholders on business process recommendations
